Mike's Monday Thought Elements of Purpose Purpose is the "Why" of life. It is why we do what we do. The Bible is full of purpose statements from God. "Love the Lord thy God...", "Fear God and keep his commandments", "Seek first the kingdom of God", and the call from Jesus, "If any man would come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross and follow me." Spiritual purpose is a journey toward God. It's being a seeker. With that in mind, ask yourself three simple questions. (1) What do others think your purpose is?
