Mike's Monday Thought Say What? Some things should just never be said. It seems like foul language is becoming more and more acceptable and it seems to be increasing in the entertainment industry in order to maintain a level of shock and surprise. Vulgar words are cheap superlatives. They proclaim that the user is limited in their vocabulary and resorts to using shock words rather than thought out words. The name of God is tossed around like it is meaningless and lacking a divine connection. When the Law was given to Israel, they understood that the name of God was to be honored, respected, and never used carelessly. In fact, they understood the need to be very careful about what names they chose to include in their comments. They were warned, "Be careful to do everything I have said to you.
